The TDMRC USK Cluster Coordinator make a visit to the Rector of Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) Prof. Dr. Ir. Marwan who intended to conduct discussions related to:
1. Opening of Doctoral Program (S3) Disaster Science at Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK)
2. Plans for the 20th Anniversary of the Tsunami which will be held in 2024
3. AIWEST-DR 2023 at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta on October 11-13, 2023 which is also supported by TDMRC, University of Sydney, Tohoku University and CAR!
4. Plan to organize a Study Tour of Disaster Research Facilities at TDMRC with the aim of introducing the latest research and survey facilities owned by USK which can also attract cooperation between parties.
