Opening of AIC 13th
Banda Aceh – Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) once again organized the Annual International Conference (AIC). The year 2023 became the 13th year the international conference was held, which took place at the AAC Dayan Dawood Building on Monday, November 13, 2023.
The Chairman of the 13th AIC Committee, Prof. Ir. Sugianto, MSc, PhD, said that AIC is an annual agenda of USK under the USK Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM).
AIC 2023 participants consist of researchers, lecturers, and students. They come from a number of countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Bangladesh, Australia, Japan, Spain, Hungary, the US, and Germany.
The selected papers will be published in reputable journals such as Scientific-Net Publisher, Scopus-indexed IOP proceedings, and Sinta 2-indexed journals. Technically, the conference is diverse and rich in knowledge, divided into two sessions: 8 online sessions and 18 offline sessions.
The atmosphere of the crowd of visitors to the USK innovation products stand
“In addition to captivating presentations from keynote and invited speakers, we also held an exciting exhibition of innovative products from our research centers and professors at USK,” he said.
Along with the AIC activities, LPPM USK asked USK researchers to present their research products. Visitors can find out directly about USK’s superior products through this exhibition.
TDMRC booth
Evanami tsunami evacuation route simulation game, miniature tsunami flume, and disaster equipment products were exhibited in this exhibition as part of TDMRC’s participation to educate the public about these disaster tools. There are also many other USK innovation product exhibitions, such as Patchouli Oil, processed into perfume, garbage delivery applications, portable baby incubators, front overflow processed into furniture, natural honey, etc.
