Filming Process of the Short Film “Akan Ada Jalan” – 20th Aceh Tsunami

Banda Aceh – The short film titled “Akan Ada Jalan” has completed its filming process in just six days. The locations for the shoot included TDMRC USK, Lampuuk Beach, Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Keutapang, Blang Padang, Mibo, and the TDMRC Escape Building in Ulee Lheu. The film, which will run for approximately 40-50 minutes, tells the poignant tale of a family torn apart by the 2004 Aceh Tsunami. Driven by their enduring passion and resilience, fate eventually brings them back together after many years. The film is scheduled to premiere at the opening of the 16th AIWEST-DR as a commemorative piece marking 20 years since the 2004 Aceh Tsunami.

The project has garnered support from local sponsors including Kopi Dara, Lapak Martabak, Nofitting, Brodo Aceh, Ija Kroeng, Radio Three FM, and The Pade Hotel.
