Discussion on Common Perception on Documentary Film 20 Years of Aceh Tsunami

Banda Aceh – On 10 June 2024, the committee and PIC Deni Yanuar, S.IP., M.IKom of the Short Film and Documentary activities to commemorate the 20th of the tsunami conducted a briefing for a common perception regarding documentary films. This activity was attended by Prof. Syamsidik as Director of TDMRC and prospective speakers for the film. The speakers were:
-M. Syahputra Anwar, M.Ec.Dev,
-Tarmizi Abdul Hamid,
-Prof. Nazli,
-Dr. Rina Suryani Oktari,
-Alfi Rahman, PhD,
-Dr.rer.nat. Ilham Maulana, and
-Ns. Budi Satria, MNS.
This briefing aims to get comments, suggestions and input from the speakers so that the 20-year tsunami documentary filmmaking activity can run well and successfully.

The short film, titled “Risalah Ombak Serambi Mekah” This film raises the topic of the Aceh Tsunami as a messenger of change that has an impact on various sides of the lives of the people of Aceh, both in terms of culture, social, and religion. “Risalah” means “revealed message”.
